Cinnamon Maple Pecan Whipped Butter
Equipment
- 1 hand mixer
Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- ½ tsp flaky salt
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer on low speed, whip together the butter, powdered sugar and cinnamon until combined. Add the vanilla and maple syrup, and increase the hand mixer speed to medium-high for about 1 minute.
- Fold in chopped pecans and flaky salt. Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to one week.
