This wellness shake is the ultimate healthy pick-me-up, full of nutritious ingredients, including a whole cup and a half of veggies – and yet, it still feels like a treat!
Healthy Banana Chocolate Wellness “Shake”
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- ½ cup kale, chopped
- ¼ cup raw almonds
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp date syrup
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or other milk of choice
- ¾ cup ice
- Vital Proteins collagen, optional
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients well and pour into a large glass. Top with more cacao bins, hemp seeds, and date syrup, and enjoy!
