Who needs pre-made garlic bread?? NO ONE!!

Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients
- 1 round load of sourdough bread
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, finely grated, about 2 clothes
- 3 tbsp Asiago cheese, finely grated
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp celery seed, optional
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper, optional
Instructions
- Slice the loaf into strips in one direction, cutting only about 2/3 of the way through the loaf. Then, rotate the loaf 90 degrees and cut strips in the opposite direction, creating a grid pattern. Be sure to use a sharp, serrated knife!
- Melt the butter, then mix in the parsley, garlic, Asiago, Parmesan, and pepper.
- Spoon the cheesy garlic butter into the rows, making sure to slather every crevice. Sprinkle the top with extra Parmesan.
- Place the loaf on a piece of foil and wrap the outside so that the top still remains open. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes.
- Just before serving, use a knife to loosen between the bread pieces. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley and enjoy!
