Hashbrown Smoked Salmon Brunch Board
Equipment
- 1 large serving board
Ingredients
- 1 package Trader Joe's frozen hashbrowns, cooked per instructions on the package
- 1 package smoked salmon
- ⅓ cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- ⅓ cup capers
- fresh dill, chopped
- fresh chives, chopped
- ¼ of 1 lemon, sliced
- Maldon salt
- Aleppo pepper
Instructions
- On a large serving board, add piles of Maldon salt, Aleppo pepper, chopped dill, and chopped chives.
- Spoon the crème fraîche and capers into two separate small bowls and place them on the board. Add the lemon slices and smoked salmon pieces as well.
- Cook the hashbrowns according to the package instructions and place them on the board. Serve as a delicious brunch board!
