Equipment

  • 1 large serving board

Ingredients

  • 1 package Trader Joe's frozen hashbrowns, cooked per instructions on the package
  • 1 package smoked salmon
  • cup crème fraîche or sour cream
  • cup capers
  • fresh dill, chopped
  • fresh chives, chopped
  • ¼ of 1 lemon, sliced
  • Maldon salt
  • Aleppo pepper

Instructions

  • On a large serving board, add piles of Maldon salt, Aleppo pepper, chopped dill, and chopped chives.
  • Spoon the crème fraîche and capers into two separate small bowls and place them on the board. Add the lemon slices and smoked salmon pieces as well.
  • Cook the hashbrowns according to the package instructions and place them on the board. Serve as a delicious brunch board!
