Trader Joe's frozen hashbrowns,
cooked per instructions on the package

smoked salmon

crème fraîche or sour cream
⅓
cup
capers
fresh dill,
chopped
fresh chives,
chopped
¼ of 1
lemon,
sliced
Maldon salt
Aleppo pepper
Instructions
On a large serving board, add piles of Maldon salt, Aleppo pepper, chopped dill, and chopped chives.
Spoon the crème fraîche and capers into two separate small bowls and place them on the board. Add the lemon slices and smoked salmon pieces as well.
Cook the hashbrowns according to the package instructions and place them on the board. Serve as a delicious brunch board!
