Prepare mini meatballs according to package instructions. Using the convection oven allows the meatballs to get a little crispy.
Heat the buffalo sauce until warm, about 30 seconds to 1 minute in the microwave.
Toss the prepared meatballs in the warm sauce, making sure to fully coat all of the meatballs. You can add more buffalo sauce if you prefer.
Spoon the meatballs into a serving dish and cover with crumbled feta and parsley. Serve with toothpicks and cut up veggies!
