Loaded No-Mayo Tuna

Ingredients

  • 1 5 oz can tuna in water, no salt added, drained
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup hearts of palm, finely chopped
  • cup (heaping) Italian flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive tapenade
  • Half of 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp flaky salt, such as Maldon salt
  • ¼ tsp Aleppo pepper

Instructions

  • Drain the tuna and empty the tuna into a medium bowl. Finely chop the celery, hearts of palm, and parsley, and add to the tuna.
  • Add the olive tapenade, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Aleppo pepper. Using a fork, gently mix everything together, until just combined.
