Orange Carrot Ginger Immunity Smoothie

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 navel orange
  • zest from half of the orange
  • ¾ cup frozen mango
  • 3 carrots, about 1 cup chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  • Wash the orange and carrots well. Zest half of the orange, then cut away the peel, leaving only the fruit. Chop the carrots into small pieces, removing the ends. Grate the fresh ginger.
  • Add the orange, orange zest, carrots, ginger, frozen mango and coconut water to a blender. Blend until very smooth and enjoy!
