⅔cuppumpkin,canned
1cupalmond milk
¼cup, plus 2 tbspschia seeds
2 tbspmaple syrup
1tsppumpkin pie spice

Instructions
Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
Combine the oats, almond milk, honey, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour the mixture in a container with a lid and pop it into the fridge overnight, or at least for 3-4 hours.
Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding
Mix together pumpkin puree, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt, until thoroughly combined. Pour into a container with a lid and let set in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours.
Once your oats and chia pudding are both set, in a wide-mouth jar, or a bowl, alternate layering overnight oats and chia pudding. Top with chopped pecans and maple syrup and enjoy!
