Cut the stems off of the strawberries, then cut each strawberry about 2/3 of the way to the tip.
Using the large nozzle, pipe yogurt onto to bottom half of the strawberrye and set the top piece back on.
Using the smaller, star-tipped nozzle, pipe two yogurt buttons onto the front of the strawberry and pipe a hat onto the top.
Take two chocolate sprinkles per strawberry and push them into the yogurt to make eyes.
Sprinkle brown sugar across a serving platter, then set the santas on top of the brown sugar. Optional: For an extra festive addition, decorate with mini trees and lights!
