Strawberry Santas with Yogurt & Brown Sugar

Ingredients

  • 1 package organic strawberries
  • 1 container labne, plain Greek yogurt, or sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 piping bags
  • 1 small piping nozzle with star tip
  • 1 larger piping nozzle with smooth tip, or just use the hole cut in the piping bag

Instructions

  • Cut the stems off of the strawberries, then cut each strawberry about 2/3 of the way to the tip.
  • Using the large nozzle, pipe yogurt onto to bottom half of the strawberrye and set the top piece back on.
  • Using the smaller, star-tipped nozzle, pipe two yogurt buttons onto the front of the strawberry and pipe a hat onto the top.
  • Take two chocolate sprinkles per strawberry and push them into the yogurt to make eyes.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar across a serving platter, then set the santas on top of the brown sugar. Optional: For an extra festive addition, decorate with mini trees and lights!
