Packed with luscious hearts of palm, briny olive tapenade, crunchy celery, and lots of parsley, you will wonder why you haven’t always eaten tuna like this!
Loaded No-Mayo Tuna
Ingredients
- 1 5 oz can tuna in water, no salt added, drained
- ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup hearts of palm, finely chopped
- ⅛ cup (heaping) Italian flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp olive tapenade
- Half of 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp flaky salt, such as Maldon salt
- ¼ tsp Aleppo pepper
Instructions
- Drain the tuna and empty the tuna into a medium bowl. Finely chop the celery, hearts of palm, and parsley, and add to the tuna.
- Add the olive tapenade, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Aleppo pepper. Using a fork, gently mix everything together, until just combined.
