Strawberry Santas with Yogurt & Brown Sugar
Ingredients
- 1 package organic strawberries
- 1 container labne, plain Greek yogurt, or sour cream
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- chocolate sprinkles
- 2 piping bags
- 1 small piping nozzle with star tip
- 1 larger piping nozzle with smooth tip, or just use the hole cut in the piping bag
Instructions
- Cut the stems off of the strawberries, then cut each strawberry about 2/3 of the way to the tip.
- Using the large nozzle, pipe yogurt onto to bottom half of the strawberrye and set the top piece back on.
- Using the smaller, star-tipped nozzle, pipe two yogurt buttons onto the front of the strawberry and pipe a hat onto the top.
- Take two chocolate sprinkles per strawberry and push them into the yogurt to make eyes.
- Sprinkle brown sugar across a serving platter, then set the santas on top of the brown sugar. Optional: For an extra festive addition, decorate with mini trees and lights!
