Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 heirloom tomato, sliced
  • 1 ball burrata
  • ½ tsp dill, dried or fresh
  • 1 tsp good olive oil
  • ½ tsp Maldon salt
  • ¼ tsp fresh pepper

Instructions

  • Toast the sourdough, and while the bread is toasting, slice your tomato.
  • Place the burrata on top of the sourdough and slice it open, using the knife or a fork to spread it gently across the toast.
  • Top with the sliced tomato, and sprinkle with pepper, salt, and dill. Drizzle the olive oil over the toast and enjoy immediately!
